Publistic Credits pay for the AI: one credit buys five answers in Reader AI Mode (a summary counts as one) or six minutes of audio. A share of the success, automatically
20% of the net revenue from every paid subscription, counted at the Standard monthly price, goes into a pool for the authors. It is shared out by how often their articles are read or listened to.

Can I try Publistic for free?
Yes. From 1 December 2026, new customers can try Standard or Premium free for one month, once per person. The trial turns into the paid plan unless you cancel before it ends, and we remind you by email seven days before. During the beta, anyone who registers by 30 November 2026 uses the Standard plan free until 31 December 2026, with no payment details; that free access ends on its own.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. After that you see previews again. Your own articles and drafts are kept.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Moving up to Premium takes effect immediately. Moving back to Standard takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, and nothing further is added. They are introductory prices for every billing period that begins on or before 30 September 2027. After that the regular prices apply: Standard €14.99 a month or €149.99 a year, Premium €24.99 a month or €249.00 a year. We remind you by email six weeks before the change.
Which payment methods are available?

Where do the AI answers come from?
From the article you are reading. Reader AI Mode answers questions about the open article, marks every answer as automatically generated and links back to the original. Answers can be incomplete or wrong, so rely on the article and the sources it cites.
What happens when my Publistic Credits are used up?
Reading and searching continue without limit. New credits arrive with your next billing month, and you can buy more at any time: 20 credits cost €10.
What does "unlimited" mean?
You can read and search as much as you like for your own use. Automated bulk querying is excluded. The AI functions are metered in Publistic Credits.
What happens to my saved conversations if I end Premium?
They are kept, and are available to you again as soon as you use Premium again.
What is the AI writing assistant?
Optional AI help in the editor for your own articles: it suggests titles and summaries, helps with grammar and style, and generates cover images and diagrams. Image generation uses Publistic Credits, starting with the one-time balance in your author account. Writing and publishing never need credits.
How is the author pool distributed?
By actual use, reader by reader: each subscriber's share goes to the articles they read or listened to that month. AI answers and summaries do not count.
Who is the Organisation plan for?
For hospitals, universities, practices and teams who want to manage several accounts centrally and be billed together. The price depends on the number of users.
Is there a sign-in through the hospital network?
